19. Take salt baths or showers. Use sea salt at least once a week or once a while. While you take those baths or showers think about the things you want to focus on and tell yourself what you want to let go of. You can add water to sea salt in a container and just pour it on yourself before or after you use your favorite soap or bath cream or gel. You will feel a weight lifted off of you and you will feel brand new.
20. Work on yourself even when you feel bad.

1. Take care of your skin, hygiene, always smell good.
2. Have your nails done, your hair done, whatever you like to have done have it done if you can.
3. Move in silence, work on your goals in silence.
4. Whatever talent you have, prioritize it and develop it. Treat it as if it were gold because it is your gold mine.
5. Mind your business. Let everyone else around you do what they do, keep a positive attitude toward them and everyone and do what you do.
6. Do not respond to negativity. When faced with negativity do not match it with the same energy. Don’t stoop to no one’s level and become miserable like they are.
7. Always show a good face to everyone. You never know who you are talking to.
8. Take care of your space. Make sure if you can make your space look nice, do what you can to make it look how you want it to look.
9. Stay out of drama. This is like what #5 says. Wash your hands of drama and focus on yourself. Don’t gossip about no one. Don’t argue with no one who isn’t in your circle or close to you. Be very positive and avoid drama.
10. Focus on your career, dreams or whatever hobbies interest you. Keep a focus on that and make it a priority to always be productive or working toward something.
11. Drink water.
12. Eat fruits and veggies.
13. Dress how you want to see yourself. It’s all about you not anyone else. Your self esteem depends on you.
14. Respect others and treat them how you want to be treated. Have boundaries though especially with those who like to cross them.
15. Have friends around you who encourage you and push you to do your best. You need positivity and support to be your best. If you don’t have any at the moment be your own cheerleader until the world catches on. Toot your own horn until others realize and appreciate your energy.
16. Have discipline when it comes to your dreams. This is kind of like #4. In order for you to respect yourself and love yourself you have to discipline yourself so you can enjoy the benefits of working hard and pursuing your dreams. Practice, rehearse, do whatever you can to be the best you that you can be. Your future self will thank you for that.
17. Don’t let anything or anyone take your eye off of what you love. A lot of times you would start off loving something that you do and you will go into situations with people, places and things that will reflect that thing you love back to you in a different light and it can really take you off course. But you have to see it and learn to let certain things go and stay on course. People may try to put you down, discourage you, challenge you to come out of character and compete with them, pull you into stuff you don’t want to be a part of, assign labels to you that has nothing to do with you, all kinds of things. You just gotta stay focused and don’t give up, always remember the reasons behind why you do things that you want to do.
